An update to the Form extension brings a small but notable new feature, page redirect after a successful submission. You now have the option to redirect to another page on your site after the user has successfully submitted a new entry. Enabling this new feature is very easy. Simply go to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Form tab, enable the Redirect option and select the page you wish to redirect the user to and click the Save Changes button.
